About Patrick and Stretford Martial Arts

Patrick is the founder of Stretford Martial Arts. He is a 5th Dan Black Belt and has over 30 years of training and teaching experience. We provide martial arts' coaching for children (4 years and up) and adults. Stretford Martial Arts is a member of the WKO (World Kickboxing Organisation) and Karate Union of Great Britain.

We believe a community that trains together, stays together. Our aim is to establish a strong, inclusive, social community built on the values of martial arts. We will train you to become mentally and physically strong. We will help you develop your power, balance and coordination through active training, all of which is carried out in an environment where everyone feels at ease. Tuesdays: 6.00-6.45 pm (kids)
Tuesdays: 7.00-7.45 pm (adults)
Thursdays: 6.30-7.15 pm (adults)

KARATE

Wednesday: 6.00-6.45 pm
Sunday: 12.00-12.45 pm

KRAV MAGA

Thursday: 7.15-8.00 pm
